Do I need an action camera?
Use a compatible phone with the pack’s outward camera opening. The phone is not included. Check that your phone, case and rear camera align with the selected pack before ordering; an action camera is not included or required for phone recording.
What makes Alpine Access different?
Alpine Access has a fold-down phone panel for screen access without removing the phone, an outward camera opening and a supplier-listed 2L reservoir with hose. Check compatibility before ordering and use the screen while stopped.
What’s different about the Hydra version?
Hydra includes a reservoir and drinking hose alongside its phone-camera window. Standard is the pack-only option. Reservoir capacity for Hydra is not specified here. Confirm fit for your phone and case; follow the supplied cleaning instructions for hydration parts.
Will my phone and case fit?
Compatibility depends on phone size, case thickness and rear-camera position. Send your phone model and case dimensions to transcendtech.help@gmail.com before ordering. We do not claim universal compatibility or tested stabilization, waterproofing or cold-weather performance.
How does the crew deal work?
Choose any two rigs and 20% comes off eligible pack prices when two or more are in the cart. Mix any of the three models or choose identical rigs. The selector builds one- or two-pack kits; the offer also applies to larger eligible carts. Shipping and tax are not included in the discount. No code is needed. The discount appears automatically in your bag and checkout.
How do I track my order?
After payment, Shopify sends your order confirmation. We add the supplier purchase reference to our order records and send tracking when the shipment details are available. An order confirmation is not a dispatch notice.
What about delivery and returns?

Email us within 30 days after delivery to request a change-of-mind return of an unused pack. Used hydration parts have hygiene restrictions; rights for defects and incorrect goods remain.
