Who we are

Lift Mischief is operated by Transcend Tech LLC, 10623 West Polk Place, Littleton, CO 80127, United States. Contact transcendtech.help@gmail.com. These terms apply to chest-pack purchases through this store. Existing orders retain the terms agreed when they were placed.

Products and included components

Lift Mischief is the retailer; the packs retain their supplied manufacturer branding. No phone is included.

• Standard: Elite Sports Medium Standard, Black (B0FJG26CTF), with an outward phone-camera window. This is the pack-only offer; a hydration reservoir and hose are not included.
• Hydra: Elite Sports Hydra Medium, Black (B0GDRRJFR5), with an outward phone-camera window, reservoir and drinking hose. No reservoir capacity is specified here.
• Alpine Access: Black model A26081603, with an outward camera opening, fold-down phone compartment and supplier-listed 2L reservoir and drinking hose. Alpine Access is our collection name, not a claim of a newer generation of another product.

Confirm phone-and-case size, camera alignment and harness fit before ordering; universal phone compatibility is not promised. Contact support if a particular fit requirement is essential. Lighting, screens and minor cosmetic manufacturing variations can affect appearance. This does not allow a different model, missing components, a material construction difference or an undisclosed brand substitution.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are in US dollars. Review the models, quantities, included components, discounts, shipping, applicable tax and final total before paying. Purchases are one-time; no subscription or recurring charge is included. Use a payment method you are authorized to use and provide accurate contact and delivery information.

Orders use native Shopify checkout and the payment methods offered there. Shopify records payment and order status. A saved cart or a return to the website alone is not proof of successful payment or a stock reservation. Fulfillment is arranged by our team; an order confirmation is not a shipment confirmation.

20% automatic pack offer

Buy two or more eligible packs and receive 20% off their current individual prices automatically in Shopify checkout. Eligible packs are Standard, Alpine Access and Hydra. Mixed models and repeated models qualify. A single pack receives no bundle discount. Other products do not count toward this offer.

Savings compare the same items bought separately at their current prices, not an invented previous bundle price. Shopify rounds and allocates the discount across eligible items. The offer has no announced expiry and does not combine with other discounts. Qualifying free shipping under our shipping policy still applies; shipping and applicable tax are calculated separately. For a partial return, we refund the amount paid for the returned item after its allocated discount and do not remove the original discount from items you keep.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping & delivery policy and Returns & refunds policy explain estimates, shipping charges, cancellations and returns. We remain your contact for missing, incorrect or damaged deliveries after shipment. Carrier handling does not remove your rights or our obligations.

If we cannot supply an item or an availability or pricing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not increase an agreed charge, substitute a different model or remove included components without your agreement.

Fit, use and care

Stop in a safe place before using your phone or adjusting the pack. Follow the instructions supplied with your model and applicable resort rules. These packs are not protective equipment. No waterproofing, injury-prevention, image-stabilization, perfect-footage or cold-performance guarantee is made. Illustrative action scenes are not represented as footage recorded with the pack. Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions for water-contact parts and keep them unused while deciding whether to return the kit.

Privacy and your rights

Our Privacy policy explains how information is handled. Do not send card details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents to support.

We may update these terms for future orders and show the revision date. Changes do not retrospectively remove an existing order’s agreed terms or mandatory rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any unenforceable provision applies only to the extent permitted by law, without removing the remaining valid terms.
