How we can help

For an existing order, include your order number, checkout email and a short description of the issue. For a product question, include the pack name and any relevant phone-and-case dimensions. Photos of an incorrect or damaged item and its packaging can help us investigate.

We reply by email; check your spam folder if you are waiting for a reply. Do not email full card numbers, passwords or unnecessary identity documents. A request alone does not confirm a cancellation or authorize a return; we will confirm the next step.

Cancellations & order changes

Request a change promptly

Email transcendtech.help@gmail.com as soon as possible to request cancellation or an address correction. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. Our team handles these requests manually.

Before and after fulfillment starts

If fulfillment has not been committed, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid to the original payment method. If the fulfillment partner has already accepted or dispatched it, we will check whether it can be stopped. We cannot guarantee a change after that handoff; if it cannot be stopped, we will explain the applicable return process.

Wait for confirmation

A request or a closed checkout window is not a confirmed cancellation. We will email confirmation when the order and payment records have been updated. Do not place a duplicate order while a payment result is uncertain; contact us so we can check it.

No silent substitutions

We do not edit a paid order to add a different model or quantity without your agreement. We may ask you to cancel and place a new order so the selection, price and payment record stay consistent. If we cannot supply the ordered item, we will notify you and refund it rather than substitute without permission.

Delay and cancellation rights

Our inability to intercept a parcel does not remove cancellation or refund rights that apply by law. Shipment delays follow the notice and refund process in Shipping & delivery. An ordinary cancellation request is not a reason to ignore a claim about an incorrect, defective or undelivered order.

20% pack offer — two or more

Two or more eligible packs

Receive 20% off the current individual prices of eligible packs when your Shopify cart contains two or more eligible units. Eligible products are Standard, Alpine Access and Hydra. Mix models or choose multiples of one model. One eligible pack receives no offer discount. The homepage selector builds kits of one or two; larger eligible carts also qualify. Masks do not count towards this minimum and do not receive this pack discount.

What the savings compare

Shipping and any applicable tax are separate and must be shown before payment. The bag shows the merchandise total and savings for your exact selection. Savings compare the same items purchased separately at their current prices, not an invented former bundle price.

Rounding and offer conditions

The 20% offer is applied automatically by Shopify when the eligible quantity is two or more. Shopify calculates and allocates the discount; review the cart and checkout amounts before paying. Shipping and tax are handled separately by Shopify. The offer does not combine with other discounts, is not a subscription and has no announced expiry.

Partial returns

For a partial return, the returned item is refunded at the amount actually paid after its allocated discount, with the corresponding tax adjustment. We do not remove the original discount from a pack you keep.

Standard and Hydra

Standard is Elite Sports Medium Standard, Black, ASIN B0FJG26CTF. Hydra is Elite Sports Hydra Medium, Black, ASIN B0GDRRJFR5. Both listings show an outward phone-camera window and cover flap. Hydra explicitly includes a reservoir and drinking hose. Standard is a pack-only offer; reservoir and hose inclusion is not established.

Alpine Access

Black chest pack, model A26081603, with an outward camera opening, fold-down phone compartment, supplier-listed 2L reservoir and drinking hose. Phone not included. Use the screen while stopped. Confirm phone-and-case fit before ordering.

Measurements and capacity

The Elite listing images label 15-inch total height, 9.5-inch pouch height and 7-inch width. These are exterior dimensions, not internal phone-pocket or camera-opening measurements. Elite Hydra reservoir capacity is not specified here. Alpine Access is supplier-listed at 2L.

Phone and harness compatibility

Confirm phone-and-case size, camera alignment and harness fit before ordering. Internal pocket and camera-opening measurements are not listed here, and universal phone compatibility is not promised. Contact support with your phone model and case dimensions. Follow the instructions supplied with the exact model; do not assume the two Medium models have interchangeable parts.

Care and hygiene

Do not fill or use any reservoir or drinking hose while deciding whether to return it. Before use, follow the actual manufacturer's cleaning and care instructions for all water-contact parts. We have not verified a cleaning temperature, dishwasher method or replacement-part specification. Contact us before ordering if a particular phone or fit requirement is essential.
