Email transcendtech.help@gmail.com as soon as possible to request cancellation or an address correction. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. Our team handles these requests manually.
If fulfillment has not been committed, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid to the original payment method. If the fulfillment partner has already accepted or dispatched it, we will check whether it can be stopped. We cannot guarantee a change after that handoff; if it cannot be stopped, we will explain the applicable return process.
A request or a closed checkout window is not a confirmed cancellation. We will email confirmation when the order and payment records have been updated. Do not place a duplicate order while a payment result is uncertain; contact us so we can check it.
We do not edit a paid order to add a different model or quantity without your agreement. We may ask you to cancel and place a new order so the selection, price and payment record stay consistent. If we cannot supply the ordered item, we will notify you and refund it rather than substitute without permission.
Our inability to intercept a parcel does not remove cancellation or refund rights that apply by law. Shipment delays follow the notice and refund process in Shipping & delivery. An ordinary cancellation request is not a reason to ignore a claim about an incorrect, defective or undelivered order.

Receive 20% off the current individual prices of eligible packs when your Shopify cart contains two or more eligible units. Eligible products are Standard, Alpine Access and Hydra. Mix models or choose multiples of one model. One eligible pack receives no offer discount. The homepage selector builds kits of one or two; larger eligible carts also qualify. Masks do not count towards this minimum and do not receive this pack discount.
Shipping and any applicable tax are separate and must be shown before payment. The bag shows the merchandise total and savings for your exact selection. Savings compare the same items purchased separately at their current prices, not an invented former bundle price.
The 20% offer is applied automatically by Shopify when the eligible quantity is two or more. Shopify calculates and allocates the discount; review the cart and checkout amounts before paying. Shipping and tax are handled separately by Shopify. The offer does not combine with other discounts, is not a subscription and has no announced expiry.
For a partial return, the returned item is refunded at the amount actually paid after its allocated discount, with the corresponding tax adjustment. We do not remove the original discount from a pack you keep.
